HOW WE WORK

The whole process can be carried out both in Italy and abroad compatibly with customer needs.
For all garments produced abroad, Graphimode provides, in addition to a weekly inspection of on-site production, also a 100% total test in its facilities entrusted here in Italy once the goods have returned.
The entire production process is taken care of within the Campodarsego headquarters, starting with the relationships with the suppliers of fabrics and accessories, followed by the modeling, prototyping and industrialization of the production of each garment in collaboration with the production partners who complete the supply chain such as laboratories, printing works, ironing.

OUR PROCESS

RESEARCH

The process steps starts with the tissue research, treatments and prints, where needs of the customer are managed and integrated with the company's proposals.

CREATION

Internal creation of the pattern through one of the 2 CAD stations, with the Gerber and Lectra systems. It continues with the internal construction of the prototype which is approved by the customer, after any defects were deleted.

PRODUCTION

The sample creation process begin, and consequently the production, followed with extreme accuracy by our technical staff which boasts decades of experience and professionalism in the sector.
